I think it's true although I too fail to see the logic in it. This baby girl at our church had like, two strands of hair on her head and they shaved it all off. A year later and she has hair half way down her back, falling in long caireles. So beautiful! So yeah, I agree with ya! ;)

My mom used to tape bows to my head because I had no hair for them to stay on. They never shaved my head...at least not that I know of...and I have the thinnest hair out of all my sisters. The theory must be true.
