how you feel about that?

if I ever run into you at a game, don't be alarmed when I shout out your name and give you a big hug! ;)

C.: I bet your friend, based just on her looks, could get either (1) a Dodgers executive or (2) a Dodgers player to invite the two of you to a game as VIPs :-) . My husband and I saw Juan Luis Guerra in concert that way, a good friend had "comp" tickets (she's @ the top her field of advertising). I don't know any Dodgers executives right off the top of my head, but maybe other readers do.

I was pretty sure I was going to go to the Dodgers-Tigers interleague series but I am having second thoughts...I don't think I want to get killed...ya know how all those Dodger fans are so violent..ha!ha!

Valenzuela used to be my boy. I'm not even sure why, but I had like 10 of his baseball cards.

long time reader, first time poster.... the only reason that I have some affinity for the dodgers is my hate of the SF Giants, but I will never forget the feeling when Kirk Gibson hit that homerun off Eck... it won the series for you guys, and it was only game one... may your Dodgers beat the Gnats a lot this season....

Lex, I won't be scared. Random people come up to me and hug me all the time. Hehe.

Frances, I don't think I want to be a baseball groupie, but I'd love free tickets. Last season my sister's boss gave her 4 tickets to a game against the St. Louis Cardinals. She doesn't work at the same place anymore. That sucks. Oh yeah, I didn't post any pictures of Gabby here. The girl with the monkey is my 16 year old cousin. I don't want her near any baseball players.

Gustavo, I went to a game late in the season with a Giants fan. She was a girl, but she still got pelted with peanuts. Dodger fans are nice. We promise.

Oso, I think you liked Valenzuela because at a young age you were already developing an affinity for Mexicans.

Rodolfo, welcome to the lovely world of the comments. I hope my Dodgers beat the Giants a lot this season too. I also vividly remember the '88 playoffs and World Series... so beautiful. My dad went to an NLCS game that season and caught a foul ball.

This should be on my favorite quote of the day...admit it Oso, in your previous life you were Mexican!!! We all know it.
