It's never too early to start thinking about the dissertation. It is good that you write down your ideas. It is important to have a record of them as you proceed. That said, don't let the dissertation scare or intimidate you. Yes it is a lot of work, but it is doable. And remember, it does not have to be perfect. Right now it seem like it is the end of the grad school road, but it is really the first step in a professional (and in your case, a successful) career. Good luck and I look forward to reading more about it.
