I've had a million of those days. They suck. The only thing that works for me is either to get really pissed off at everyone then apolgise for it later or to cry.

when i feel like that (which is often) i just scream. not in the office or anything, but usually in the car on my winding way home. or while i'm making dinner and the babe is climbing up my leg or pulling on my clothes and the boyfriend is on the phone wanting me to do this or that or asking why i haven't done this or that and work was horrible, etc. damn, i want to scream now! try it. it works wonders!
