so thanks-taking day came and went and i didn't write anything incredibly profound and deep in here.

i was complaining about all the things that i had to do and still had not completed wednesday afternoon. but that was until i had a brief online conversation with dom. he put it all into perspective. with only a few words. i don't think he even meant to make my problems seem insignificant, but he did.

i think a lot about the things that i don't have rather than all that i do have, such as my health. at least i am healthy enough (though a bit tired) to do the things that i need to do. at least i can do them.

i'll be back later with a nice long list of all the folks who i give thanks for and why.
