how you feel about that?

You do definitely have the gift of gab. I was gonna start writing more fiction on my blog, but somehow prose seems to belong more on paper than the internet. (I was listening to Mos Def on my way over here)

neat, simply neat, I love the flow and the ending was cute. not a bad piece of fiction at all, then again I spend most of my time dredging through fanfiction.

you captured the whole lighter shade of brown thing there quite well. funny. everybody who knows me knows that i am a dual citizen. that's big time important. you inspire a vato to want to write more.

Cindy, if you set your mind to it & take a fiction writing class, I bet you'd let your imagination run wild and be just as talented as you are now in fiction. In an aside & fyi: http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-ieAtDgshdbOFH14exQ--?p=166

Cindy, your short was beautiful. Wow. For someone who says that they have only studied "academic" and "autobiographical" writings, your command of voice and style is superb. I'm grinning all the way! By the way, did you know that academic and biographical writing are two of the most difficult forms of writing?! So, I say don't be afraid to pick up that pen and start writing fiction. You may be a little surprised. I agree/disagree with Oso when he says Fiction shouldn't be online--but look at all the links on my site. Ficiton is everywhere--however, I've often thought of sharing the fiction I write too, and I have yet to. Keep writing, i love your work. :)
